Tennessee Walking Horses Exhibited for American Hereford Association Board

Lewisburg, TN- The Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders’ and Exhibitors’ Association (TWHBEA), and David Landrum Stables, along with the Tennessee Farm Bureau were excited to host a group from the American Hereford Association. James Roberts of Farm Bureau and John Woolfolk, President of the American Hereford Association were on hand to coordinate the event. During the demonstration, TWHBEA Director of Marketing, Chris Coffey gave the history of the breed, and discussed the registry and economic impact of the industry.

David Landrum followed by describing confirmation, gaits, and the day-to-day activities of a training operation. Jeff Laughlin rode Music City Jass, owned by Laura Brandon, followed by Tim Smith on I’m Pushin N Line, owned by Joe and Janice Fostek.

Both horses performed flawlessly and impressed the crowd. A question and answer session followed.  Many friendships were made and TWHBEA thanks David Landrum and his staff for their hard work and dedication to the promotion of this breed.
